OT services are provided virtually by a Registered Occupational Therapist or an Occupational Therapy Assistant (under the plan of care determined by an OT).
Adult services including vocational rehab, cognitive rehab, ergonomics, managing symptoms of ADHD and return to work planning. Treatments centre around functional opportunities present in daily life, computer based simulation activities, advocacy, coaching, supportive counselling, nature prescription and mindfulness.

Alanna is a registered Occupational Therapist with over 18 years experience working in world renowned hospitals, cancer centres and rehabilitation facilities. She specializes in working with adults recovering from concussion, brain injury or those presenting with a new diagnosis of ADHD. She is proficient in navigating return to work, long and short term disability, workplace accommodations, human rights legislation and the Employer’s Duty to Accommodate. Alanna also leverages her Human Kinetics degree to provide individualized office ergonomics assessments.

Stephanie (she/her) is a registered Occupational Therapist who loves nature-based play! She holds a background in Kinesiology from Queen’s University and completed her Master’s of Occupational Therapy at the University of Ottawa. Stephanie has experience providing client-centred, and collaborative care to a wide range of children, including those with autism, ADHD, PDA, Down Syndrome, and learning disabilities.

She is passionate about reducing barriers to play and takes a neuroaffirming, family-centred approach to help every child participate in activities that are meaningful to them. Stephanie supports children with emotional regulation, executive functioning, self-care, and both fine and gross motor challenges by building on their strengths and weaving their interests into creative, playful activities that help kiddos reach their goals. Stephanie can also provide services in English/French/Mandarin.

In her free time, you can find Stephanie biking, rock climbing or doing yoga!
